To use the Words Without Worries application ("Words Without Worries", "the application") and its functions, you must be aware of the following conditions of use. By accessing or using Words Without Worries, you agree to be bound by those terms.

The application is regularly updated to improve its content and user experience. Elements can therefore be modified, eliminated or added at any time, without notice.

The use of Words Without Worries is subject to our privacy policy.

Appligogiques cannot be held responsible for the use of the application. You acknowledge using the application at your own risk. Words Without Worries is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". Words Without Worries is provided without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or performance. Appligogiques and its subsidiaries and affiliates do not warrant that a) Words Without Worries will operate continuously, securely or be available anytime, anywhere; b) Words Without Worries's errors or faults will be corrected; c) In spite of our efforts, Words Without Worries is free from viruses or other harmful components despite all the precautions taken; or d) the results of using Words Without Worries will meet your needs.

Communication through the app

Unlike your personal information, which is protected by our privacy policy, all comments, reactions, suggestions and other information submitted through or in association with the app will be considered non-confidential. By submitting this information, you acknowledge that Appligogiques is free to use it as it sees fit, including for the development, manufacture and marketing of products or services, without any restriction and without obligation of any kind of retribution.

Words Without Worries's content includes material protected by copyright and intellectual property belonging to Appligogiques. Some of Words Without Worries's content is streamed or can be downloaded for offline viewing. Downloaded content must only be accessible via Words Without Worries. Appligogiques reserves the right to modify the content of the application at any time.

Subscription

Payments will be charged to your account upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel at any time from your account.

Intellectual property

The information contained in Words Without Worries (texts, logos, photos, concepts, graphics, images, information, documents and others) is the exclusive property of Appligogiques, unless otherwise stated. Words Without Worries and Appligogiques are protected by their copyright, trademarks and all other laws applicable in all countries. Any reproduction of the contents of the application is prohibited without prior authorization from Appligogiques.

Applicable law

These conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the province of Quebec in Canada. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of these rights. If any provision of these Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the other provisions of these Conditions will remain in effect. These Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Appligogiques concerning Words Without Worries, and replace all previous agreements that we may have concerning Words Without Worries.

Evolution

Appligogiques may at any time revise these terms of use by making an update. All users of the site are bound by these terms and will therefore have to visit this page periodically in order to be informed of any change.
