I. Application subscriptions through the Apple, Google and Microsoft stores
We may offer different levels or types of subscriptions. The types of subscriptions available and the fees and benefits of each type will be described on the Platform. If you create a subscription through an app, your subscription fee will be charged as an in-app purchase to your account with the third-party app store or other distributor through which you acquired our app ("App Store") (for example, Apple, Google, or Microsoft) and your billing relationship will be with that app store.
Some types of subscriptions we offer may automatically renew at the end of each subscription period (for example, one month), as described on the Platform. If you choose such a plan, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period and you will be billed for a new period unless and until you disable automatic renewal of your subscription using the procedures established by the applicable App Store. You can access your account settings in the relevant App Store via the "Subscription Status -> Manage" function in the Parents & Teachers section of the App. You can disable automatic renewal at any time. To avoid being charged, you must turn off auto-renewal before the deadline set by the relevant App Store. Your subscription fee is prepaid and no refunds will be issued unless offered by Appligogiques at its sole discretion or required by the terms of the applicable App Store.
II. Subscriptions to applications through the Appliogiques platform
Please review our Terms of Payment in their entirety, as they contain important information about your Subscription Account, but here are some key points to know:
- To avoid being billed for the next billing cycle, you must cancel your subscription account by 12:00 PM Eastern Time on the last day of your current billing cycle.
- All subscription fees are prepaid and non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription or terminate your use of the Platform entirely at any time, but you will not receive a refund or credit for any fees previously paid.
- In the event of cancellation, you will retain access to your subscription for the remainder of the subscription period for which you previously paid.
III. registration and account type
We may offer different levels or types of membership. The types of subscriptions available and the fees and benefits of each type will be described on the Platform.
You will not be able to change the type or level of your subscription once you have purchased it. If you later wish to subscribe to a different type or level of subscription account, you will need to cancel your current subscription account and open a new one.
IV. Billing for accounts created directly with Appligogiques
You will need to provide valid payment card information when creating a subscription. (Appligogiques may limit the type of payment cards accepted as described during the checkout process or otherwise on the Platform). Your subscription fee (plus any applicable taxes) will be charged to the payment card you provide at the time of your initial subscription or shortly thereafter, in the currency you select at the time of purchase. If you have selected an automatic renewal plan, your subscription will automatically renew each subscription period and Appligogiques will charge the payment card then associated with your account on the calendar day corresponding to the start of your subscription, unless and until you cancel. For example, if you sign up for a monthly subscription on January 1, your first renewal date will be February 1. If you sign up for a monthly subscription on a calendar day that is not in a future month, your account will renew (and your payment card will be charged) on the last day of that month. For example, if you create a monthly subscription account on March 31, your account will be billed on April 30.
It is your responsibility to keep your billing and contact information up to date. You may change the payment card associated with your account at any time by visiting the My Account page on the Appligogiques platform. If your payment card is declined during the renewal process or if we are otherwise unable to process a transaction using your payment card, we will terminate your subscription after the conclusion of the last period for which you made payment. If you wish to resume using the subscription features of the Platform, you will need to sign up for a new subscription.
You are solely responsible for all internet connection and other costs you incur to access and use the Platform.
V. Cancelling Your Subscription
To cancel your subscription, go to the "Subscriptions" page of the Appligogiques portal, select the three dots to the right of the subscription box, and select the "Cancel My Subscription" option or a similar button, then follow all on-screen instructions and links to complete the cancellation process.
All fees for subscription accounts are prepaid and non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but you will not receive a refund or credit for any fees previously paid.
VI. Consent to Receive Electronic Documents
After you sign up for a subscription, an email will be sent to the email address you provided during the checkout process confirming your account type and, if you selected an auto-renewing account type, your permission for Appligogiques to charge the subscription fee to your payment card each billing cycle. We may send additional emails regarding your account during your subscription. The confirmation email and other notices regarding your account may only be sent by email in electronic form. By signing up for a subscription, you agree to receive notices regarding your subscription electronically. If you do not consent to receiving electronic materials regarding your subscription, please do not subscribe to the Platform.
VII. For All Subscribers: Changes to Fees or These Payment Terms
Appligogiques reserves the right to modify these Terms of Payment or change fees (or add additional fees) at any time. You agree that we may notify you of updated Terms of Payment by posting them on the Platform so that they are accessible via a link on the home page. The updated Payment Terms will be effective as of the date of posting, unless otherwise specified, and your use of the Platform after the posting of the updated terms (or such other conduct as we may reasonably specify) constitutes your agreement with the updated Payment Terms. For App users, changes in pricing may also be communicated by the applicable App Store. For users with an active subscription at the time of a change and for whom we have a current email address, we may also communicate changes to the Payment Terms by other means, including by sending you an email to the address associated with your account. The new fees and/or new Payment Terms will be effective upon your next renewal following the posting of the updated Payment Terms, unless another time period is specified.
